2022, Singapore

For Ox Street, at Culture Cartel 2022, I designed a pop-up retail experience centered around the launch of the platform’s new “Authenticated Used Sneakers” feature. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, the space explored themes of imperfection, age, and authenticity — reframing worn sneakers as cultural artifacts rather than secondhand products. The spatial experience combined raw materiality, curated displays, and atmospheric storytelling to showcase both newly released sneakers and authenticated grail pairs with visible signs of wear and history.

The project aimed to create a quieter and more reflective contrast within the high-energy environment of Culture Cartel.
